Our onboarding solution is a business rules based system that automates the notification, forms completion and scheduling for each new hire for your company. Upon acceptance of a job offer by a finalist your business rules define the departments to be automatically notified including security, facilities, IT and payroll.

The solution includes online forms completion for the new hire complete with secure user I.D. and password. All forms are pre-filled with their information and each form is routed to appropriate personnel on completion. Forms include I9, W4, Direct Deposit, Emergency Notification and any of your specific forms, content, surveys and questionnaires. Plus, your staffing personnel and hiring managers can monitor the completion process and assist the new hire as needed.

Electronic signatures are fully supported using our unique two-step process complete with date-time stamp. The new hire can view the actual, completed form as part of the electronic signature process. Updates of standard forms to current versions are included.
