These programs could include stress testing, screening for drug or alcohol abuse or measuring an employee's flexibility, back strength or repetitive action injury.

Some problems can be spotted in pre-employment or driver's medicals; others not until an employee has been on the job for years. But all have the potential to cost your company in terms of absenteeism, lost productivity, legal liability and escalating insurance and Workmen's Compensation Board (WCB) payouts.

Our medical pre-screening is done by a licensed nursing professional and further examination, when indicated, is done by a licensed physician associate or an occupational health doctor who can complete the assessments required by the WCB.
