Dear Valued Client,

As you may be aware, Drugtec Systems Inc. has undertaken a significant
number of changes over the past 12 months. These transitions have for the most
part not been visible to you, but have all been made with you, our client in mind.
One of the most exciting and significant changes recently made is the automation
of how our service representatives book and manage your testing, test results
and clinic/collection sites. This new technology produces an improved test results
form that you will now be receiving from us. This enhanced document replaces
the “Authorization for Screening / Testing” form that you currently receive from
us. We will still retain the original authorization form on file should you require a
copy at a later date.

We are certain that you will find our new form to be concise, easy to read and
very easy to understand. An added benefit is that it is pre-addressed to your
designated employer representative; allowing us to utilize standard window
envelopes, ensuring that results are sent to the correct individual(s) within your
organization.

regarding further service and technical enhancements in the coming weeks
